1. What date will uniforms need to be ordered by? Uniforms need to be ordered by June 10th for Fall and December 10th for Spring season's.
2. Will the parents order at the Colsoc office? Will Colsoc handle the payment or will I?All the Uniforms will be ordered through the Collierville Soccer office. Parents need to fill out the "Uniform size" box in the Permission to roster form.
3. When will we receive our complete roster. It will take about a month after your team paperwork is submitted to receive your roster. Cody will contact you when it arrives at the office.
4. When will I collect the $40 Referee Fee. It may be a good idea to hold a parents meeting. During this meeting parents will bring a check for the $40, a notorized copy of the medical release, a copy of the players birth certificate(first time player) and a picture for their player card.
5. The First Tennessee checking account will be set up under "Lady Cougars-Age". You told me the checking account was free, do we have to pay for the checks? If so, is this paid out of the $40 fee? Everything regarding the team account is free. You must however, set the account up at the branch on the collierville town square.
6. When should the Town of Collierville User fee ($15) and the Mike Rose fee ($80) be paid. These amounts are for the season. When is the remainder due by? Do most people pay by the season or the entire yearly fee? The fees are for the Town and Mike Rose are paid by the club. These fees are included in the season fees paid by the player.
7. How often are "E & D Licenses offered. Does the coach pay for these?E & D Licenses are offered every six months. They are free to CSA coaches and are held locally. For more information please visit http://tnsoccer.org
