LOBOS
Fitness & Conditioning Training
Under
the Direction of Coach Shawn Loth & the LOBOS staff
Coach
Loth and the LOBOS staff preps our players before each season with a comprehensive
multi-station fitness work-out. The sessions are customized for our varying
age groups and include stretching, sprints, ladders, jump-roping, and much
more. Before the Fall season, the fitness sessions are conducted outdoors
at one of our local fields. During the winter break and before spring
season, we move indoors at a local facilty.
The sessions are included in your LOBOS club fees.
Summer Conditioning is at Suggs Park, Collierville.
Training dates are Mondays through Thursdays, July 6 - 23 (3 weeks).
Bring a soccer ball and water bottle. No shin guards are needed, and running shoes may be worn instead of cleats.
Only attend the sessions that your team is scheduled to attend.

will develop the leg muscles needed to become more explosive.
Use your imagination and make it fun!
