HS and Club Prep Weeks:

July 16th - July 20th: PSI indoor Complex

Camp Hours: 9:00am-12:00pm boys and 1pm-4pm girls.

College Coaches will be running the camps

The High School and Club Prep Camp is simply what it states, preparation for the forthcoming demands of the High School and club season. The First Touch High School Prep camp is run specifically for those players entering High School and Club season.

They are delivered on the back of a progressively designed program that incorporates station work of varying degrees of technical, cardiovascular (aerobic and anaerobic) and tactical demands.
Our goal is to maximize time with the coaching staff, with the ball, with other players and with preparing players physically, mentally, athletically for the forthcoming High School and club season.
Due to the nature of the program and the individual attention given by the coaches to each player for their development,the Prep Camp is limited to 50 boys and 50 girls.
