CSA ACADEMY has been restructured. The ACADEMY now consists of three parts: The first component provides free ACADEMY skills sessions to ALL REC players. Sessions will be scheduled weekly throughout the Fall season and will utilize professional coaches. The second aspect is the Advanced ACADEMY. For a nominal fee, this course provides U6-U12 players with advanced skills training and is led by nationally licensed professional youth coaches. Players raise their skill level through participation in 8-10 curriculum based sessions and scrimmages. Each session includes instruction on a basic skills topic, games, and typically end with a free play session. Sessions are on varying days to accommodate REC team practice schedules as much as possible. If you are interested in the Advanced ACADEMY, contact Coach Simms at lobodad02@yahoo.com or (901) 395-7099 or Paul Furlong at paulfurlong@colsoc.com or call the CSA Office at (901) 854-8724 prompt 5. The third part of ACADEMY is the JUNIORS program of LOBOS RUSH.
