Rising U8-U12 Boys & Girls LOBOS RUSH Try-Outs will be the week of May 21 - 24th (Boys on Mon. & Wed. and Girls on Tues. & Thurs.). Rising U13 - U18 Boys & Girls LOBOS RUSH Try-Outs will be the week of June 4-7th. COUGARS Try-Outs for all ages will be Tuesday, June 12th. Four Lady LOBOS teams earned a spot in the Tennessee D1 State Championships on June 1-3rd in Murfreesboro, TN. This is TWICE as many as ALL other West Tennesse clubs COMBINED. Two Lady LOBOS teams qualified through D1 State League play (D1SL). The two teams are the 96 Lady LOBOS Blue (U16G) and the 98 Lady LOBOS Blue (U14G). With a common goal of improving player development, Executive Directors and Boards of Tennessee Rush and Collierville LOBOS have been in discussions for several months. We are now excited to announce that both The Tennessee Rush Board of Directors and the Collierville Soccer Association Board of Directors have voted to unite. This union has been made with long-term player and club development in mind.
Although we have taken this first important step, we still have work to do to ensure that this change is implemented seamlessly for our membership. We fully expect that all of the important steps will be complete prior to tryouts. We understand that clear communication with all of our parents and players is critical to success. Collierville Soccer has announced their 2012 Collierville Summer Camps dates: The Next Step Recreational Camp is designed for both beginners and seasoned REC players. It will be held from July 23-27th. The REC Summer camp offers offers one session for 4 & 5 yr. olds and another session for players 6-14 years old. The Next Step Elite Competitive Camp is designed for the intermediate and advanced player. It will be held from July 30-Aug. 3rd. It's open to the general public as well as COUGARS players. The Univ. of Memphis Men’s Soccer Team is hosting three soccer camps in June. Camp times are 8:30 – 11:30 am (Mon. – Fri.) and campers have the following three sessions to choose from:
